Calgel (clear) can be used on natural nails to strengthen and support, weak, brittle or soft nails, helping them to grow naturally into strong, healthy, good looking nails-without the use of tips or extensions.

Calgel does not require excessive buffing of the natural nail before application. It is a Honey-like liquid that is brushed onto a prepared nail, the cured for three minutes under an Ultra Violet curing lamp. Two coats are so thin, that even close inspection will show only well cared for natural nails.

For people not wanting to wait for natural growth, Calgel can be used to form nail extensions onto the natural nail, and unlike some other systems, a Calgel extension is thin, flexible and natural looking.

Artificial tips also are stronger and better looking with Calgel applied over them, without appearing thick and false.
